Booking and Tours

• Tour Code:Always quote the tour code to get the correct rates.
• What’s Included: Prices do not include airfares or airport taxes unless stated.
• Booking Time:We recommend booking at least 5 working days before your arrival for the best service. Last-minute bookings are also welcome and will be accommodated subject to availability. Bookings within 5 days may incur a priority service fee.
• Changes to Bookings: Before final documents are issued, you can make up to 2 changes. Any additional changes will incur a fee.

Cancellations:

• Less than 7 days before arrival: 50% of the tour price
• Less than 3 days or no-show: 100% of the tour price
• Event dates or supplier-specific rules may override these conditions.
• Unused Services: No refunds for unused services.

Payment

• Payments can be made in cash, bank transfer, or cheque (in MYR).
